6030 Series Open Station Tractors : Hydraulics

All 6030 Series Open Station tractors feature a pressure compensated hydraulic system (PC) with load sensing. A pressure and flow compensated hydraulic system (PFC) is an option, making cycle times faster.

Powerful lift capacity and high flow rates. The PC hydraulic system features 54 L/min (optional 65 L/min) and up to four SCV's for hydraulic power. The PFC hydraulic system features up to 110 L/min.

Since the system is load sensed, a valve on the hydraulic pump immediately initiates pump flow, when required. The amount of flow from the pump exactly matches the constant or variable demand. When flow is no longer required, the pump returns to low pressure, stand-by mode (PC). When flow is no longer required, the pump returns to low pressure and no-flow stand-by mode (PFC).

The advantages of this system includes:
  • Reduced load on engine
  • Improved fuel efficiency
  • Enhanced oil cooling
  • Reduced internal leakage
  • Reduced hydraulic noise levels
  • Less strain on hoses and seals

Priority valves ensure - even at low idle engine speed - full power to the essential services, is maintained (steering, braking, hydraulic trailer brakes).

The mechanical selective control valves provide a full range of features to meet your exact requirements. All SCVs feature a four position double or single acting function in the cab. In the event a 4th SCV is required, the 3rd and 4th SCV will be controlled with a mechanically operated multi-function lever. ISO couplers are mounted to each SCV.

A drain manifold and collection tank are fitted to the SCVs for collecting oil leaks during connecting and disconnecting of SCVs.
