Self-Propelled Sprayers : Frame & Chassis

Self-Propelled Sprayer

The 4930 Self-Propelled Sprayer frame and chassis provide many unique benefits. The braking system is designed with a foot pedal for quicker, controlled stops. Access to fresh water and storage are easier than ever before. Optional HID lighting ensures operation long into the night for more productivity. The dual strut suspension is unmatched in comfort and shock absorption, ensuring years of reliability. Optional wheel slip control ensures traction in the toughest conditions by routing oil to the correct wheels.

Bumps and ruts, hills and flats, hard dirt or soft mud - the 4730 and 4830 Self-Propelled Sprayers are built tough to withstand just about anything found in the field. Inside the cab, operators can change from one row spacing to another with the optional hydraulic tread spacing adjustment, while the compact frame allows tighter turns and a higher degree of manoeuvrability. The patented four-wheel independent suspension offers operators unsurpassed comfort and productivity. Suspension design places a large strut and air spring at each wheel to isolate the operator from rough fields.

BoomTrac Pro Sensors

Available on all 30 Series Self-Propelled Sprayers the optional BoomTrac Pro automatic boom levelling system maintains the boom at a constant height over the crop, giving operators the freedom to concentrate on other vital machine functions. Sensors (pictured) monitor the distance from the boom to the ground, eliminating the guesswork involved with manual control of boom height.
