The new 600D Draper Platfrom is the ultimate solution for small grain harvesting
You’ll be able to harvest 10% more acres per day. With features such as wider belts that run at a faster speed, the industry’s tallest belt cleats, and a 33-percent larger feed drum. Material handling has never been more efficient, even in down crop. They are designed to cut lower and handle more material than the 900 Series models they replace. Designed to increase your productivity and maximise your harvest, this 40-ft. platform is a testament to our vision of quality and innovation. It’s bigger and even better, and you’ll find that with the 640D, quality and quantity are not mutually exclusive. In other words, harvest with the 640D and you’ll cover more hectares and maintain the integrity of your product.
600D Series Top 10 features include:
New HydraFloat™ suspension system - Is an exclusive hydraulic height sensing system that lets you adjust the wheel pressure from inside the cab to allow the cutterbar to float over the ground in changing ground or field conditions. With the low, 38 mm (1.5-in.) cut height, this system is a winner in down, tangled crop. HydraFloat™ even lets you program two cut heights, so switching between on-ground and off-ground settings is easy.
25 Millimetre Draper Belt Cleats - Exclusive 25 mm (1-in.) tall draper belt cleats move heavy, down and damp crop very efficiently. The belt speed is 20% faster allowing for more consistent, even feeding for higher productivity in all conditions.
Cutterbar Tilt - A centre-mounted cutterbar can be conveniently tilted from the cab so you get the optimum cutting angle and the lowest possible cutting height.
406 Millimetre (16-in.) Feed Drum - 101 mm (4-in.) larger than previous draper models, this large feed drum with retractable fingers provides increased feeding capacity in high volume or high yielding crops.
Auxiliary Top Auger - This optional 279 mm (11-in.) auger keeps bushy crops moving into the combine feederhouse. This top auger can be installed with minimum time and effort when harvesting bushy crops and can be removed in normal conditions for best performance.
Integrated Road Transport - Equip your 630D, 635D or 640D with this optional transport system for absolute convenience. Converting from field to transport mode takes only minutes and requires no tools!
Larger 7.6 Metre Steel Tyne Reel - For rice harvesting a 1.4m (54 in.) diameter steel tyne reel with 8 bats provides more contact with the crop to optimise the cutting and feeding function in tougher conditions and crops.
Reel Resume and Reverse - With reel resume, you can store up to two reel positions so you'll always match field conditions. And for the occasion that the 600D gets too big, a single button lets you reverse the reel, centre feed drum, and centre belt to remove material without stepping out of the cab.
Perma-Glide Divider Points - The streamlined divider profile of the 600D draper is designed to lift and separate standing or down crop and greatly minimises outer divider plugging.
Dual Knife Drive System - The smooth, vibration-free cutting performance of the shaft-driven in-line dual knife drive system provides season after season of trouble-free operation.
