Put service, maintenance on an express route.
Brisk harvesting speeds are just the beginning with a 70 Series STS Combine. You’ll also breeze through your service and maintenance schedules.
-
The rear-mounted engine provides easy access to service points such as air filter, oil filter, diesel fuel filter and pump, engine crankcase oil level, air conditioning compressor, alternator and hydraulic reservoir.
-
Large gull-wing doors with gas struts open wide for easy access to service items. No heavy lifting required.
-
Air filter replacement is simple. Filters can be conveniently reached standing on the rear deck.
-
Ground-level battery box makes for easier jumping, and quicker connection or disconnection of battery cables.
-
No daily lube-points. The shortest lube interval is 50 hours.
-
A large steel toolbox is standard equipment on all 70 Series combines and provides easy access to tools from the ground.
John Deere uses customers' products in the manufacturing of 70 Series Combines.
HarvestForm™ is a manufacturing process that John Deere helped develop to utilise bio-products in the composition of certain materials. The 70 Series Combines incorporate soybeans and corn in the manufacturing of composite styling panels.
HarvestForm™ composites have reduced weight compared to sheet metal panels and provide the same structural strength and durability as a petroleum-based composite material panel. Because the composite is a renewable material, it helps in contributing to a healthier, cleaner environment.
Legendary Dealership Support
