60 Series STS Combine Harvesters : Service and Maintenance

Numerous lights give a better view for easier trouble-shooting, and service at night.

An uncluttered layout on the left hand side of the machine allows for easy access to the separator and cleaning shoe. Access to the talings and clean-grain elevators are on the right-hand side.

From the landing, you have plenty of room for refuelling and for accessing the cooling module.

There are no daily lube points, in fact the shortest lube interval is 50 hours.

Cleaning the air filter, and checking the engine oil and hydraulic system are all easy on the 60 Series STS Combine Harvesters.

Servicing made easier

Service is made easier by providing more room for access. A solid rear quarter panel replaces the hinged quarter panel, and the battery box has been relocated to ground level for easy access. The enclosed batteries include an external isolator switch and jump posts for ease of starting or charging.

A larger hydraulic reservoir has more capacity, meeting the demands on the hydraulic system from the increased harvesting productivity that STS combines deliver.

The new shape improves airflow around the reservoir to keep the engine deck cleaner.

This feature is in base equipment for the 9660 STS, 9760 STS, 9860 STS, Combines.
