• TouchSet™ Automatic Combine Adjust automatically adjusts machinery settings between your five user defined settings and the 16 pre-programmed settings from the comfort of the cab.
   
• Feederhouse design features a simple fore-aft tilt adjustment to get the header running parallel to the ground.
   
• Xenon High-Intensity Discharge (HID) lighting is now available on 60 Series Combine Harvesters. They provide up to 200 percent better illumination.
   
• Platform reel resume makes it easy to program in a reel position for each 'resume' button. Enter the best height and fore-aft position to match the crop conditions.
   
• Single lever hook-up is standard on all 60 Series Combine Harvesters. The single lever engages electrical and hydraulic lines, as well as securing the latch pins.
   
• 300 bushel grain tank is available on the 9660 STS (250 bushel is standard).

• High Unload Rate (HUR) delivers 3.3 bushels per second, the industries best. The HUR system and 6.8m (22.5 ft) unloading auger is standard on the 9860 STS and optional on the 9760 STS. .
   
• NEW Folding Unloading Auger John Deere now offers a folding unloading auger, which shortens the length of the combine by approximately 2.4m (8-ft.) for convenience when transporting and storing the combine. The end of the unloading auger is folded for transport or unfolded for operation from the combine operator's seat with the touch of a button on the TouchSet™ armrest control.
