The flexible, NTEP-certified oneWeigh™ platform and bulkweighing scale automation systems are specifically designed for use in commodity facilities and are easy to understand and use. Automating your grain operation is all about saving time and money. Your oneWeigh Scale Automation System can automate routine tasks, eliminate duplication of effort, and speed up your weighing and grading processes. oneWeigh addresses many of the day-to-day issues and challenges that face your grain elevator operations to help improve your efficiency and customer service plus enhance your productivity and profitability by tackling such issues as: long waiting times for truck unloading (which can lead to unhappy customers), delayed delivery of settlement checks, labor intensive processes, and scale and grading data integrity.

  • Integration with AGRIS V9's Commodity package eliminates duplication of effort for improved productivity. The oneWeigh Scale Automation System uses the customer and grading data already set up in your AGRIS V9 system to post shipments and receipts directly to customer and company accounts, eliminating batch ticket entry and allowing you to pay farmers immediately on delivery.
  • With the oneWeigh system, you can provide accurate, timely, and professional scale ticket documentation at the point of delivery for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • With a message board connected to the oneWeigh system, you can automatically display customer name and split information as well as grade, weight, and other pertinent ticket information at the scale and gain instant validation of how the ticket is being processed, eliminating errors on scale tickets that can lead to unhappy customers and wasted time correcting tickets. The message board can also be used to display instructions to haulers, eliminating confusion that can cause delays and traffic backups. The message board easily fits in to your current operation without needing to make changes to your processes. It's simple to set up parameters based on events or criteria to determine what information to display and at what time. Read what a user says about the oneWeigh system and message board.
  • oneWeigh assigns deliveries to predetermined storage bins based on commodity, variety, and grade attributes and segregates grain by bin in AGRIS V9's Commodity package to meet your needs for identity preservation in value-added grains.
  • All data is available from drop down lists for less data entry. Operation is simplified with the use of a touch screen monitor, and minimal training is needed for new users.
  • The ability to display live scale weight and user-definable tab order for ticket entry further improves productivity at the scale.

Integration with AGRIS V9's Commodity package
  • oneWeigh integration saves time and minimizes error by eliminating redundant data entry.
  • Name and address data is shared and can be input from either a oneWeigh workstation or AGRIS V9 workstation.
  • Commodity and discount tables are shared, with the ability to print discounts and premiums directly on the scale certificate.
  • Deliveries can be settled immediately.
  • Integration allows for the option to be "live" with the AGRIS V9 system or use "scheduled" ticket transfers.

Improved efficiency for better customer service
  • oneWeigh is extremely configurable and can adapt to your operation's particular needs, so your customers benefit from your improved efficiency.
  • oneWeigh is able to handle the needs of an entire facility from one workstation or it can be distributed throughout the enterprise performing dedicated functions. With the standard oneWeigh package, you can operate up to five scales from a single oneWeigh workstation.
  • Networked-enabled scale hardware, including the oneWeigh bulkweigh controller, allows multiple points of secure weighing operations.

Bin management and grain origination data supports identity preservation
  • Grain origination data is maintained by transaction in the bin. Complete weight transaction data is passed to the bin system.
  • The oneWeigh system only allows bin selection for like grains, helping to eliminate accidental grain mixing.
  • Integrating oneWeigh into plant control systems further protects against grain mixing.

Flexible and easy to use
  • Orders can be started with auto identification equipment or used to follow a vehicle through a facility.
  • The technology is up to you; oneWeigh interfaces to most types of readers including Bar Code, RFID, Magnetic stripe, and Keypad without any custom programming.
