AGRIS™ V9

AGRIS™ V9 is a comprehensive business management system that helps you achieve greater results through better control of business processes. The AGRIS Product Suite includes accounting & financials, grain processing, commodity management, inventory, patronage & equity, agronomy management, NTEP-certified platform and bulkweighing scale automation systems, bin management, Web-based customer account tool, point-of-sale, and integration to the Energy-Force system for propane/refined fuels management. Integrated, robust functionality enables you to improve productivity and enhance customer service while managing your business better.

The AGRIS™ Product Suite version 9.5 upgrade, released in March 2008, focuses on improved processing speed with use of an enhanced database engine. Additional technology advancements include compatibility with Windows Vista® Ultimate and Business Editions (32- and 64-bit) operating systems. The upgrade also includes usability improvements, new reports in the Accounts Receivable and Commodity Management packages, ticket form updates to the agronomy system, and improvements to Auto ID, flow meter interface, and message board functionality in the oneWeigh® system.

AGRIS V9 highlights:

  • Maximize grain handling and marketing with real-time positions and storage information and automated processes to save time and reduce errors.
  • With flexible contracting, manage up to 250 contract types based on specific needs. Create average pricing within contracts for ease of processing settlements.
  • Commodity management advances make your grain handling and marketing activities more efficient than ever.
  • The Cross Country Trading extended option streamlines processes by providing the ability to manage all trade-related information - from pricing to ticket entry to
    settlement - from one screen. From a single Trade ID screen, the Cross Country Trading option allows for linking a contract to other contracts to save time in managing tasks related to a trade such as editing or moving trades, entering tickets, managing freight expenses, pricing tickets, and settlement. The feature streamlines information capture while trading and reduces time spent in tracking transactions, especially where one or multiple contracts correspond to many other contracts and/or schedules. From the Trade ID screen, users may see information related to a purchase and the sales contracts associated with that purchase and also quickly and easily view the status of a trade, determine profitability of a trade, and report on purchase activities and results.
  • Manage premium/discount tables more quickly with new copy/edit features including the ability to export/import discounts between datasets or export to other applications such as Microsoft® Excel.
  • With easy access to information and flexible reporting capabilities, you have the information you need at your fingertips to help in decision making. Provide professional documents and gain greater accessibility to data with new graphical forms and reports such as customer Proof of Yield, Ticket Ownership, and Customer Status.

  • oneWeigh® Scale Automation Systems use the customer and grading information already in AGRIS V9 to eliminate batch ticket entry and enhance your service to customers.
